Zillow Rotation Schedule

Rotation Rules for Zillow:

1. Five agents are “on duty” to receive leads from Bluewater’s company-paid advertising on Zillow (Bluewater-paid advertising on Zillow totaled $87,228 in 2023)

2. When an agent receives two active connections or has been on duty for 20 days, they move to the bottom of the rotation and are replaced by the next person in the rotation schedule

3. Active Connections are defined as leads for which the agent has successfully made contact with the client and has planned follow-up

4. Nurture Leads, as defined by Zillow, do not count towards the active connection total

5. Havelock leads do not count towards the connection total and are managed on a separate list under the same rules

6. This list will remain updated and will reflect any changes in the rotation no later than 9:30 AM on the next business day.
